Organizing polls with categories
Categories help you keep polls organized, for example Product, Gaming or Tech. They also let the Poll List block show only polls from certain topics.
Create a category
- Go to OpinionCamp > Categories.
- Add a new category and give it a Name.
- Optionally add a Slug (leave it empty and one is built from the name), a Parent category, and a Description.
- Save the category.
Add a poll to a category
Select the Poll block in the editor and choose a category under Category in the block settings. You can also create a new category right there with + Add new category.
The category is saved immediately and applies to the poll everywhere it appears.
Use categories
- On OpinionCamp > Polls, use the category filter to see only polls in one category.
- In the Poll List block, pick categories to show only those polls.
